We scope it together
We come back with questions before we come back with a price. Scoping is where most software projects go wrong, so we spend real time here surfacing the requirements you have not thought to mention yet.
A fixed quote within 48 hours
One number, one timeline, one written Statement of Work covering deliverables and milestones. If the scope changes later, we re-quote in writing rather than letting the invoice drift.
We build it
Modern stack — web, mobile, API, or AI-powered tooling. You get progress visibility throughout rather than a silent gap between kickoff and delivery.
You review it in a live sandbox
Before anything goes live you get a working environment to click through with your own data. Change requests during the review window are part of the build, not a change order.
Launch and hand over
On an Own engagement you receive the full source code and can deploy anywhere. On Host we run it. Either way you get documentation and a walkthrough, not just a URL.
Three ways to engage
The right model depends on your capital position and who you want running the software afterwards.
Own it outright
A fixed build fee. On final payment the custom source code and deliverables in the SOW transfer to you, with no licensing and no lock-in. Deploy it on your own infrastructure.
We host and run it
A monthly subscription instead of a capital outlay. We handle hosting, updates, and maintenance. You can cancel from inside your account at any time.
Revenue share
We build at reduced or zero upfront cost in exchange for an agreed share of the revenue the software generates. Terms are set out in writing before work begins.
Why there are no testimonials on this page
Most of what we build is internal operational software, and for a lot of our clients the fact that it exists is part of their competitive advantage. We do not publish client names, logos, or quotes without written permission, and we would rather show you nothing than show you something we made up.
