Our Story
SoftProgrammer was founded in San Francisco in 2013 by Maninder Grewal with a straightforward conviction: quality custom software should not be reserved for enterprises with massive budgets.
After years of watching businesses struggle with off-the-shelf tools that were almost right but never quite right, Maninder set out to build a company that does things differently. No cookie-cutter platforms. No seat-based pricing. No software that forces you to change how you work.
The idea was simple — sit with a business, understand exactly what they need, build it properly, and charge fairly for it. More than a decade later, that’s still exactly what we do.
What began in San Francisco has grown into a globally distributed team — developers, designers and strategists spread across North America, Asia and beyond.
